Vapor-compression refrigeration or vapor-compression refrigeration system (VCRS), in which the refrigerant undergoes phase changes, is one of the many refrigeration cycles and is the most widely used method for air-conditioning of buildings and automobiles. It is also used in domestic and commercial refrigerators, large-scale warehouses for chilled or frozen storage of foods and meats, refrigerated trucks and railroad cars, and a host of other commercial and industrial services. In this model, the user will be able to run the model dynamically. R1270 has been used in this model. Users can add more working fluids based on his design. The main cycle includes:
1-Evaporator unit.
2-Screw compressor unit.
3-Condenser unit.
4-Expansion valve.
The model is a design model and is suitable for proposals and technical projects. User can assign the C.O.P to calculate the cycle design aspects.
**MatLab-SimuLink should be used to run the model.
